The T-REGS A&Q Service is a retainer arrangement under which T-REGS handles requests and queries from companies, and delivers actionable results.

This can take the form of researching matters and providing raw information, summarised key points, a commentary, edits and comments on draft documents, relevant precedents from various jurisdictions, assistance with ensuring regulatory compliance, etc.

It enables the company to discuss policy, law, regulatory and compliance issues with T-REGS’ experts.

Where appropriate, T-REGS offers a view on positions to be adopted, develop supporting arguments, and assist with how and where to best articulate an argument.

T-REGS essentially acts as a “sparring partner” with whom to discuss strategic issues with a policy, legal, regulatory or compliance component.
