The T-REGS A&Q Service is a retainer arrangement under which T-REGS is prepared to accept requests and queries relating to telecommunications and Internet policy and regulation, and will endeavour to deliver the requested information, a commentary, edits and comments on draft documents, precedents from other countries, etc.
The service is highly interactive. It enables discussion of particular policy or regulatory issues, etc. and, where appropriate, offering a view on possible positions to be adopted and offering a view on how and where to best position an argument.
The A&Q Service is also suited to provide a “sparring partner” with which to discuss business issues with a policy or regulatory component.
The practical means of delivery of the A&Q service are responses via e-mail and/or short written memos, comments/edits on internal or external party (e.g. trade association, regulatory authority) documents, live conversations, meetings, etc.
Although formally not part of the service, and not guaranteed, T-REGS also 'de facto' alerts clients when events or items of particular relevance come to our attention.
Further services can be custom-developed.
